Where You Come In

At Floyd, we have laid the groundwork for an aggressive growth trajectory. As the backbone of growth, the Floyd marketing team is working to develop a customer centric digital ecosystem. You will help manage and collaborate with the marketing team to carry out effective campaigns - ultimately expanding the capabilities and effectiveness of the marketing organization as a whole.  The ideal candidate will have digital marketing experience, excellent communication skills and experience coming up with creative ways to boost brand growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage digital ad campaigns on platforms including AdWords, Facebook, Instagram and Email
  • Measure and report performance of all digital ad campaigns, and assess against KPIs
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Develop and implement creative for digital campaigns including copy and design
  • Conduct  ongoing optimization of the customer user experience at all digital touch points, to be tracked across the consumer journey, at each channel level
  • Evaluate innovative opportunities for user acquisition growth, including influencer, affiliate, TV, radio and direct mail
  • Work with department lead to adopt these new marketing channels and strategies - then measure effectiveness

This Might Describe You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience working in digital marketing platforms including Facebook and AdWords
  • 2+ years experience analyzing data and making decisions based on analysis
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strive for excellence and continuous improvement — for yourself and others
  • Enjoy collaboration and working in a team environment
  • Left and right brain thinker
  • Email marketing experience a plus
