This strategic, managerial role owns the digital product and its vision. You will define the roadmap, from identifying unmet needs, to driving developments and testing outcomes. The role encompasses everything that is Floyd’s digital product –– from rolling out new features that simplify the purchase process, to making the fastest delivery in the industry more transparent to our customers, to ensuring a smarter tech architecture built for the next phase of scale.
You’re a customer-focused and results-oriented thinker who can immediately identify what’s missing, knows what works, and continually seeks improvement. Your observations and strategies are always supported by data, & changing recommendations based on new data perpetually inspires you. As Head of Product (Digital), you will bridge interdisciplinary links from site design, to supply chain, to marketing and customer experience into a cohesive, interconnected technology platform that will drive the larger technology roadmap.
